This content is detailed in Circular 33/2016/TT-BLDTBXH, providing guidance on the pilot implementation of labor and salary management for the Viettel Group for the 2016-2020 period.
The single-member limited liability company, in which the parent company - Viettel Group holds 100% of the charter capital, is assigned a stable wage rate calculated based on the criteria of total revenue minus total costs excluding wages or based on the criteria of total products or total converted products in the period 2016 - 2020.
When implementing the stable wage rate according to the above regulations, the company must ensure the following conditions:
- Successfully complete assigned national defense and security tasks by the Communist Party and the State.- Remit the state budget in accordance with applicable laws.- The average wage increase (calculated as a percentage) must be lower than the average labor productivity increase (calculated as a percentage).- Annual profit achieved should not be lower than the profit achieved in the previous year.
