This is the significant content of Decree 121/2016/ND-CP implementing the pilot management of labor and wages for the Viettel Military Industry and Telecoms Group in the period 2016 - 2020.
According to the guidelines in Decree 121/2016/ND-CP, the salary and salary allowance arrangement within the military telecommunications corporation is implemented as follows:
- The subjects specified in Clauses 1, 2, and 3 of Article 2 of Decree 121 are commissioned officers, professional soldiers continuing to arrange salaries, salary allowances according to the salary scales, salary tables, and salary allowances as per Decree 204/2004/ND-CP.- The subjects specified in Clause 1 of Article 2 of Decree 121 who are not commissioned officers, professional soldiers shall arrange salaries according to Appendix I of Decree 52/2016/ND-CP.- The subjects specified in Clauses 2 and 3 of Article 2 of Decree 121 are defense workers and public defense employees, arranging salaries, salary allowances according to the regulations of the Government of Vietnam and guidance from the Ministry of National Defense.- Subjects not within the scope of salary arrangement according to the above provisions shall arrange salaries, salary allowances according to the salary scales, salary tables constructed and decided by the company as per Decree 49/2013/ND-CP.
