On December 15, 2023, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Circular 15/2023/TT-BNNPTNT abolishing circulars issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.

- Circular 48/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated July 5, 2011, of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issuing the national technical regulations on crop variety trials.

- Circular 67/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 17, 2011, of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issuing the national technical regulations on crop variety trials.

- Circular 24/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 19, 2012, of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issuing the national technical regulations on crop variety trials.

- Circular 33/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 21, 2013, of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issuing the national technical regulations on crop variety trials.

- Circular 05/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated February 10, 2014, of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issuing the national technical regulations in the field of crop production.

- Circular 06/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated February 10, 2014, of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on adjudication for the Vietnam Golden Rice Ear Award.
