Regulations on Concurrent Holding of Titles and Management Positions in Enterprises under the Ministry of National Defense

* Individuals appointed to the position of the Chairman of the Members' Council, Chairman of the company:

- Must not be officers currently working at budgetary units under the Ministry of National Defense; if appointing officers currently working at budgetary units, a decision for transfer and reassignment must be made;- Must not concurrently hold the position of General Director, Director, or Controller in their corporation, general company, or other enterprises, except where otherwise provided by law;- Must not concurrently hold managerial or executive positions in general companies or subsidiary companies.

* Individuals appointed to the position of Member of the Members' Council:

- Must not be officers currently working at budgetary units under the Ministry of National Defense; if appointing officers currently working at budgetary units, a decision for transfer and reassignment must be made;- Must not concurrently hold managerial or executive positions in general companies or subsidiary companies;- May concurrently hold the position of General Director, Director of the group, general company, or their company.

* Individuals appointed to the positions of General Director, Deputy General Director, Director, Deputy Director:

- Must not be officers currently working at budgetary units under the Ministry of National Defense; if appointing officers currently working at budgetary units, a decision for transfer and reassignment must be made;- Must not concurrently hold the position of General Director, Director, or Controller in other enterprises and Chief Accountant in their group, general company, or company.
