According to the regulation on minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners need to achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in the pulp and paper production technology sector issued with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum autonomous and responsibility level that learners need to meet after graduating from the college-level pulp and paper production technology program is as follows:
- Comply with the agency's regulations and legal provisions;
- Work independently and effectively in teams, coordinate well with colleagues and other departments during work. Take personal responsibility and group responsibility;
- Have the ability to solve complex tasks and problems in changing working conditions;
- Evaluate the quality of work after completion and the performance of team members;
- Guide and supervise subordinates in performing specified tasks;
- Be responsible for environmental protection, waste collection, and hazardous waste management.
