February 10, 2019, Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate level, college level in the fields of materials, metallurgy, production and other technical technology sectors will take effect.

According to the regulations on the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in the field of textile technology, issued together with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, it is stipulated that after graduating from college-level textile technology, learners are capable of meeting the requirements for job positions in the industry, including:
- Designing woven fabrics and knitted fabrics;- Designing nonwoven fabrics;- Designing weaving technology for woven fabrics and knitted fabrics;- Designing weaving technology for nonwoven fabrics;- Developing labor standards;- Planning production;- Organizing the production process of woven fabrics and knitted fabrics;- Organizing the production process of nonwoven fabrics;- Inspecting product quality.
Additionally, the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the College in Textile Technology can be further developed at higher levels. Graduates are capable of self-learning and updating scientific and technological advancements within the industry to enhance their qualifications or to continue studying at higher levels within the same field, related fields, or within the same training sector.
