Guidelines for Developing the Labor Plan of the Telecommunication Group QD

On October 25, 2016, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs issued Circular 33/2016/TT-BLDTBXH providing guidance on the pilot implementation of labor and salary management for the Viettel Military Industry and Telecoms Group during the period of 2016-2020.

The development of the labor plan for the Viettel Group for the period 2016-2020 is implemented as follows:

- The annual labor usage plan of the company is based on the organizational structure and the requirements of volume, quality, production and business tasks, the labor usage situation of the previous year, and the labor standards of the company.- The General Director (Director) develops the labor plan and submits it to the Board of Members, the Chairman of the company for reporting to the Ministry of National Defense, and the Parent Company - Viettel Group for opinions before implementation. For corporations and companies in which the Parent Company - Viettel Group holds more than 50% of the charter capital, this is done through the report of the representative of the Parent Company's capital portion.- After receiving opinions from the representative agency of the owner, the Chairman of the company or the Board of Members (or Board of Directors) approves the labor usage plan and simultaneously sends it to the representative agency of the owner for monitoring and supervision.
