Forms of Graduation Recognition for Schools of the People's Armed Forces

This is an important provision stipulated in Decree 125/2011/ND-CP on the schools under state agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, and the people's armed forces, issued on December 30, 2011.

In Article 6 of Decree 125/2011/ND-CP, the form of graduation recognition for educational levels, training levels, and completion of training programs is specified as follows:

- The Principal (or Director) of the training and retraining school shall issue a diploma to students upon graduation at the educational level, training level, or a certificate upon completion of a training program.

- The diploma format and management shall follow the regulations in the education and certificate policies of the national education system issued by the Minister of Education and Training or the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.

The certificate format and the management of training and retraining certificates are handled by the head of the direct superior agency or the chief manager of the parent agency (for the armed forces) of the training and retraining school, following the guidelines of the competent authority managing the training program.

To be recognized for graduation, students must ensure the program content includes:

- The content and form of training and retraining are determined by the head of the direct superior agency or the chief manager of the parent agency (for the armed forces) of the training and retraining school, following the guidelines of the competent authority managing the training program.

- Training and retraining curriculum and materials are selected by the Principal (or Director) of the training and retraining school following the guidelines of the competent authority managing the training program or compiled, submitted for assessment, and approved by the competent authority.
