Establishment of the Advisory Council for Evaluation and Acceptance of Ministry-level Science and Technology Tasks

This is one of the provisions stipulated in Circular 33/2014/TT-BKHCN promulgating the regulation on management of ministerial-level science and technology tasks by the Ministry of Science and Technology, issued on November 06, 2014.

The advisory council for evaluation and acceptance of ministerial-level science and technology tasks is established as follows:

- After receiving the complete dossier for acceptance, within 15 working days, the Planning - General Department submits a proposal to the Minister of Science and Technology to issue a decision on the establishment of the advisory council for evaluation and acceptance of ministerial-level science and technology tasks (hereinafter referred to as the Council).

- The evaluation content of the Council includes the contents that the organizing body has self-evaluated as prescribed in Article 17 of this Regulation.

- The Council consists of 07 members;- The scientific secretary is elected by the Council among its members;- The Council may have 01 member.

- The Planning - General Department assigns 01 specialist (from the Internal Science and Technology Department) as an administrative secretary to assist the Council.

- In necessary cases, the Chairman of the Council proposes the Planning - General Department to organize for the Council or some members of the Council to inspect and evaluate the actual results. Based on the dossier, the Chairman of the Council decides to conduct the meeting, with the completion time of the acceptance not exceeding 30 days after the Decision to establish the Council is issued.

- At least 03 working days before the Council meeting, the Planning - General Department is responsible for sending all members of the Council the complete dossier of the science and technology task. Each member writes an evaluation form of the science and technology task results according to the form (PL5-PNXKQ) and sends it to the Planning - General Department at least 01 working day before the meeting.
