Direct Expenditure Content for Building TCVN and QCKT from June 5, 2020

According to Circular 27/2020/TT-BTC, from June 5, 2020, the expenses directly related to the development of national standards (abbreviated as TCVN) and technical regulations (abbreviated as QCKT) are stipulated as follows:

- Expenses for hiring external labor for officials and experts directly involved in drafting TCVN and QCKT;- Expenses for research activities, evaluation of current status, studying technical documents, analyzing survey and experimental results serving the drafting of TCVN and QCKT;- Expenses for hiring domestic and foreign experts to support the development of TCVN and QCKT (if any);- Expenses for collecting feedback from members of the TCVN Technical Committee, drafting committee or drafting team, experts, and scientists on the drafts of TCVN and QCKT;- Expenses for purchasing materials, office supplies, raw materials, standards, procedures, technical documents, and technology secrets serving the drafting of TCVN and QCKT;- Expenses for organizing meetings of the TCVN Technical Committee, drafting committee or drafting team, as well as experts and scientists on the drafts of TCVN and QCKT, including specialized conferences and scientific workshops on the drafts of TCVN and QCKT;- Expenses for translating and proofreading documents from foreign languages to Vietnamese and translating TCVN and QCKT into foreign languages;- Expenses for conducting survey activities and investigations serving the drafting of TCVN and QCKT;- Expenses for purchasing samples, testing, and experimenting domestically and internationally on the contents of the drafts of TCVN and QCKT (if any);- Other expenses directly related to the drafting of TCVN and QCKT.
