Here are the basic contents stipulated in the Regulations on Consideration for Promotion of Professional Titles for Public Preschool and General Education Teachers issued together with Circular 29/2017/TT-BGDDT, promulgated on November 30, 2017.
To be specific, according to the content in Article 4 of the Regulations issued with Circular 29/2017/TT-BGDDT, the supervision of the examination for classifying public preschool and general education teachers is regulated as follows:
1. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the centrally-affiliated municipal People's Committee decides on the composition of the supervisory team, which includes: the head of the Department of Education and Training or the head of the Department of Internal Affairs as the team leader; leaders, inspectors of the Department of Education and Training, representatives of the Department of Education and Training, Department of Internal Affairs, Internal Affairs department; school management personnel (principals, vice-principals) and representatives of the provincial or centrally affiliated city inspectorate.
2. The composition of the supervisory team from the Ministry of Education and Training is decided by the Minister of Education and Training, including: the head of the Ministry of Education and Training Inspection as the team leader; leaders, officers from different departments and representatives from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
3. The supervision content includes: The implementation of regulations on organizing the classification examination; documentation; criteria and conditions of applicants for the classification examination; implementation of regulations and activities of the classification examination.
4. Supervision location: The workplace of the Classification Examination Council.
5. When violations that require the record are found, the supervisor has the authority to draft records of violations by members of the Classification Examination Council.
6. Supervisors of the classification examination, when performing their duties, must wear identification cards and comply with internal regulations and rules.
Circular 29/2017/TT-BGDDT takes effect from January 15, 2018.
