Approval of Results and Liquidation of the S&T Contract according to Circular 33

Recognition of Results and Liquidation of Science and Technology Contracts (Illustrative Image)

As prescribed in Clause 4, Article 21 Circular 33/2014/TT-BKHCN, the Recognition of Results and Liquidation of Contracts are stipulated as follows:

- Recognition of Results:

The dossier for recognition of results includes: Minutes of acceptance of ministerial science and technology tasks; a copy of the registration and retention certificate for task results; and a report on the completion of the dossier evaluation, acceptance, and financial settlement report of the lead agency.

The Planning and General Affairs Department submits to the Minister for approval the decision to recognize the results of the science and technology task implementation according to the form (PL5-CNKQ).

- Contract Liquidation:

The contract for implementing the science and technology task is liquidated after there is a document recognizing the results by the competent state agency in science and technology; and the registration and retention certificate for the task results.

Within a period not exceeding 15 working days from the date the Minister signs the Decision recognizing the results of the science and technology task, the lead organization and the principal investigator are responsible for submitting one set of the science and technology task dossier to the Planning and General Affairs Department, including: a comprehensive research result report, a summary report (using Vietnamese font of Unicode character set according to national standard TCVN 6909:2001, font size 14), and one electronic copy storing all products and specialized reports recorded on optical discs (in PDF format, without password protection).
