02 Cases of Applying Preventive Measures for Violations of Security and Order Regulations

According to Circular 58/2015/TT-BCA, there are 02 cases where preventive measures can be applied to acts violating the law on security and order as follows:

- In cases where it is necessary to promptly prevent acts violating the law on security and order, social safety, or to ensure the handling of violations of the law on security and order, social safety, officers and soldiers on duty patrolling and controlling are responsible for applying preventive measures according to the provisions of the law.- In cases where the violator commits acts of resistance against law enforcement officers, preventive measures stipulated in Article 14 Decree 208/2013/ND-CP shall be applied.
