Agricultural work
Agricultural work
Pursuant to the Appendix I issued together with the Decree 06/2021/NĐ-CP dated January 26, 2021 on elaborating on the implementation of several regulations on quality management, construction and maintenance of construction works.
(1) Works for producing building materials and products:
An independent work, a complex of works or a technological line in the following establishments: Mines for the exploitation of raw materials for the construction material industry (sand, stone, clay and raw materials for the construction material industry); cement plants; cement grinding stations or other separate works in the production chains of materials and construction products; works for the production of materials and other construction products (concrete structures, aggregate cement bricks, baked clay bricks and other construction pellets, tiles, wall and floor coverings, sanitary ware and glass products, wood products and other products).
(2) Metallurgical and mechanical engineering works:
A independent work, a complex of works or a technological chain in the following establishments: Non-ferrous metallurgy plant; steel refining and rolling plant; plant for manufacture of prime movers and agricultural machinery; plant for manufacture of industrial tools and equipment; plant for manufacture of lifting equipment; plant for manufacture of construction machines; plant for manufacture of complete equipment; plant for manufacture of means of transport (automobiles, motorcycles, ships, etc.
(3) Mining and mineral processing projects:
An independent work, a complex of works or a technological line in the following establishments: Underground coal mines, open-cast coal mines; coal sorting and processing plants; mineral processing plants; underground ore mines, open-cast ore mines; ore sorting and enrichment plants (including bauxite ore sorting); aluminium production works.
(4) Oil and gas facilities:
An independent work, a complex of works or a technological line in the following establishments: exploitation chain, works in service of oil and gas exploitation and treatment activities; oil refinery and petrochemical plants; gas processing plants; bio-fuel plants; crude oil and petrol depots; liquefied gas depots, liquefied gas extraction and gas distribution stations; gas and oil pipelines; lubricant plants; waste oil recycling plants.
(5) Energy works:
An independent work, a complex of works or a technological line in the following establishments: Hydro-power plant (excluding major works), thermo-power plant, nuclear power; wind power, solar power, geothermal power, tidal power, garbage (excluding solid waste treatment area), biomass power; biogas power; cogeneration power; thermal power, steam supply, compressed air supply; power transmission lines and transformer stations; fuel and energy supply establishments for means of transport and personal use.
(6) Chemical buildings:
For an independent work, a complex of works or a technological line in production establishments, storehouses and filling stations of the following products: fertilizers, plant protection chemicals, basic chemicals, petrochemicals, cosmetics and other chemicals; power sources (batteries, accumulators, welding rods, etc.
(7) Light industry works:
- Food:
A independent construction, a complex of buildings or a technological line in the facilities of production, processing, packaging, storage of milk products; confectionery, instant noodle; cooking oil, aromatic; beverages (wine, beer, soft drinks ... )
- Consumer goods:
For a independent work, a complex of works or a technological line used in after-production, processing, packaging, assembly, manufacture, storehouses of products and performance of the following relevant tasks: fibers; textile; printing, dyeing (textile and garment industry); garment products; leather tanning and leather products; plastics; porcelain, glass; paper pulp and paper; tobacco; electronics (televisions, computers, telephones, etc.
- Agricultural, fishery and seafood products:
An independent construction, a complex of construction works or a technological line in facilities after production, processing, packaging, storage of products and implementation of the following related activities: marine products, boxes, rice husking and polishing, other agricultural products.
(8) Other works for industrial production.
