2. What are judgments related to offenses violating regulations on the protection of endangered, precious, and rare animals in Vietnam?

According to Article 234 of the Ciminal Code 2015 amended by point a, point b clause 57 Article 1 of the Law on Amendments to the Ciminal Code 2017, crimes of violating regulations on the protection of wildlife, offenders may also be fined from VND 50,000,000 to VND 200,000,000, prohibited from holding positions, banned from professions or certain jobs from 1 year to 5 years.
