Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 7 of the Regulation on Evaluation of Primary School Students issued in conjunction with Circular 27/2020/TT-BGDDT, in the middle of the first semester, the homeroom teacher collaborates with subject teachers in the same class, through observations and behaviors during continuous evaluations regarding the formation and development of essential qualities and core competencies of each student, to assess at the following levels:

- Good: Meets educational requirements well, exhibits clearly and frequently.

- Satisfactory: Meets educational requirements, exhibits but not frequently.

- Needs improvement: Does not fully meet educational requirements, exhibits unclear.

In accordance with Clause 1, Article 9 of the Regulation on Evaluation of Primary School Students issued in conjunction with Circular 27/2020/TT-BGDDT, the regulations on summarizing evaluation of mid-semester of first semester for primary students in Vietnam are as follows:

- Subject teachers, based on the continuous evaluation process and levels achieved from periodic assessments of the subject and educational activities, shall summarize and record the educational evaluation results of each student into the Class Educational Evaluation Summary Table.

- The homeroom teacher, based on continuous evaluation results and levels achieved from periodic assessments of each student's essential qualities and core competencies, shall summarize and record the student's educational evaluation results into the Class Educational Evaluation Summary Table.

What does the evaluation record for primary school students in Vietnam include?

According to Article 10 of the Regulation on Evaluation of Primary School Students issued in conjunction with Circular 27/2020/TT-BGDDT, the evaluation record for primary school students includes:

- The Educational Evaluation Summary Table of classes stored at the school as per regulations.

- The student record maintained by the school throughout the student's time at the school, which is given to the student upon completion of the primary education program or when transferring schools.
