- Students wishing to learn more must submit an application for extra learning to the school; parents or guardians (hereafter referred to as parents) of students seeking extra lessons must directly sign and make a commitment with the school regarding extra teaching and learning in the application and bear responsibility for fulfilling the commitment.
- The principal of the school receives the applications for extra learning from students, organizes student groups according to academic abilities, assigns teachers responsible for subjects, and organizes extra teaching according to students' academic levels.
- Teachers wishing to teach extra classes must submit a registration form for extra teaching; the form must include commitments with the school to perform all duties of a teacher according to common regulations and any additional tasks assigned by the school, while strictly adhering to rules on extra teaching and learning in the school.
- The principal of the school reviews the list of teachers teaching extra classes, assigns teachers for extra classes, and schedules extra classes suitable to students' academic abilities.
