According to Article 1 of Decision 2045/QD-BGDDT in 2024, the 2024-2025 academic year will commence on September 5, 2024. Students will return to school one week before the start date. Specifically, grade 1 students will return to school two weeks before the official start date.
Some schools may conduct quality assessment tests at the beginning of the academic year to determine students' understanding and ability to absorb knowledge.

What are assessment forms for Grade 12 Literature in Vietnam?
According to Clause 3 of Article 5 in Circular 22/2021/TT-BGDDT, the assessment forms are as follows:

- Assessment forms for subjects
a) Assessing by comments for subjects: Physical Education, Arts, Music, Fine Arts, Local Educational Content, Experiential Activities, and career orientation; academic performance in subjects is assessed by comments in one of two levels: Pass, Not Pass.
b) Assessing by comments combined with scores for subjects in the General Education Program, except for the subjects stipulated in point a of this clause; academic performance in subjects is assessed by scores on a 10-point scale. If other scales are used, they must be converted to the 10-point scale. Scores are whole numbers or decimals up to one decimal place after rounding.
Thus, Grade 12 Literature will be assessed by a combination of comments and scores. Academic performance in subjects is assessed by scores on a 10-point scale.
