- 80% of schools ensure conditions for health care work and students' health care as prescribed.
- 85% of schools conduct health checks for students at the beginning of the school year as prescribed.
- 50% of schools carry out early identification of risk factors for non-communicable diseases and mental health issues in students.
- 75% of schools provide sufficient drinking water and clean water for activities in schools ensuring quality as prescribed.
- 100% of schools have toilets for students, with 50% of schools with sufficient facilities as prescribed, and 80% ensuring hygienic conditions.
- 80% of schools meet the standards for safe schools; 75% of classrooms meet lighting requirements (illumination level not less than 300 Lux); 50% of secondary schools arrange tables and chairs ensuring size according to height groups suitable for disabled students.
