Experienced in leading and directing the activities of judicial bodies; impartial and objective in directing the adjudication work. Must have held and successfully completed duties in key leadership or management positions at the provincial level or in central committees, ministries, and central authorities. Must be a full-term official member of the Central Executive Committee.
a.2) Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court
Must have a high professional level and in-depth understanding of the Vietnamese legal system; knowledge of international law and practices. Capable of concretizing and effectively implementing the Party's guidelines, policies, and the state's laws in the assigned field; capable of law-making. Experienced in leading and directing the activities of the judicial body; strong political stance, impartial, and objective in directing adjudication work. 1.
