1. Investors implementing investment projects on construction and trading of infrastructure of industrial zones shall make 06 sets of dossiers of registration for certification of ecological industrial zones and send them to the Management Board of industrial parks and economic zones.
2. A dossier of registration for certification of an eco-industrial park includes:
a) Written registration for certification of eco-industrial park;
b) Report on the operation and investment attraction of the industrial park;
c) Evaluation and explanation of the ability to meet the criteria for determining the eco-industrial park as prescribed in Article 37 of this Decree (enclosed with relevant documents);
d) Other documents related to the industrial park (if any).
3. Within 03 working days from the day on which the complete application is received, the Management Board of the industrial park or economic zone shall send the dossier to the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Ministry of Science. Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Trade and Ministry of Construction.
4. Within 15 days from the day on which the complete application is received, the consulted agency shall give opinions on meeting the criteria for identification of an eco-industrial park as prescribed in Article 37 of this Decree.
5. Within 40 days from the date of receipt of a complete dossier, the Management Board of the industrial park or economic zone shall organize the evaluation of the dossier and make a report on assessment of the satisfaction of the criteria for identification of the eco-industrial park. according to the provisions of Article 37 of this Decree.

6. Pursuant to Article 40 of Decree No. 35/2022/ND-CP stipulating the certification of eco-industrial parks and eco-enterprises as follows:
- An industrial park that meets the criteria specified in Article 37 of this Decree shall be granted an eco-industrial park certificate by the provincial-level People's Committee.
- Enterprises in eco-industrial parks that participate in activities and meet the criteria specified in Clause 2, Article 37 of this Decree shall be granted an eco-enterprise certificate by the Management Board of the industrial park or economic zone. .
