Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 11 of the Charter of the Vietnam Society of Pathophysiology - Cytopathology promulgated together with Decision 81/QD-BNV in 2023, stipulating the procedures for withdrawing from the Vietnam Society of Pathophysiology and Cytology as follows :

Members who voluntarily leave the Society make an application to the standing board (through the Society's office). Within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receiving the application form from the organization or individual and having completed the work of the Society (if any), the Standing Board considers and decides to terminate the membership. and notify in writing the members of the Society and the executive board. Pursuant to the resolution of the Standing Board, the Society's President shall issue a decision to terminate the membership;

Pursuant to the resolution of the Standing Board, the President of the Society shall issue a decision to expel a member in the following cases:

- Violating the law, causing serious consequences or violating the Society's Charter and regulations, seriously affecting the prestige and operation of the Society;

- Being examined for penal liability according to the effective judgment of the Court, deprived of citizenship according to the provisions of law;

- Failing to pay the full membership fee after being reminded by the Society 2 times in a row in writing or by email.

1. Procedures and competence to admit members:
a) Conditions and application for membership: If you meet all the conditions prescribed in Article 8 of this Charter and wish to join the Society, send an application to join the Society according to the form prescribed by the Society (through the Society's office) attached. records include:
- For Vietnamese citizens: an authentic copy of the people's identity card or citizen identity card or valid passport and 01 photo of the card;
- For organizational members: the representative's horizontal profile and one photo of the representative's card.
b) The Society's Office summarizes and reports to the Standing Board, based on the working regulations, the Standing Board shall issue a decision to admit members and notify the Executive Board at the nearest meeting of the Executive Board.
c) Within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receiving the application of an individual to join the Society, the standing board shall consider and decide on the admission of members. The member shall pay the prescribed membership fee and be granted a membership. Society membership card (if any). Pursuant to the resolution of the Standing Board, the Society's President shall issue a decision to admit members;
d) The announcement of new members shall be conducted at the meeting of the Executive Board, the Standing Board of the Society, or as otherwise notified in writing.

Accordingly, the procedures for admission of members are prescribed as follows:
