- Consolidate the medical examination and treatment system to perform routine emergency and medical examination and treatment, and at the same time ensure the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, focusing on solutions to improve and strengthen quality of medical care.
- Medical examination, treatment and functional rehabilitation for people with and after being infected with COVID-19.
- Strengthening communication and raising awareness so that people and medical staff can properly and fully understand the signs and symptoms of COVID-19, when people need to go for medical examination and treatment, to avoid letting people get sick. People worry and panic excessively, avoid abusing indications at medical examination and treatment facilities. Propagating, disseminating knowledge and giving health advice to people on methods of rehabilitation and self-care for related diseases after contracting COVID-19 under the guidance of the Ministry of Health.
- Strengthen inspection and supervision of affiliated medical examination and treatment facilities and private medical facilities in the area on professional activities, information and advertising of medical examination and treatment to promptly solve difficulties, problems or correct if necessary.
- Assign heads of units with hospital beds to compile reports on post-Covid-19 status and report to the Ministry of Health to continue to propose updating professional guidelines, helping to optimize treatment results.
