In August 2021, my sister was riding her bicycle on the road when she was hit by a coach driver of a passenger car company H, causing my sister to break her right arm and go to the hospital for treatment. After being discharged from the hospital, my family asked the H coach company to compensate my mother for the cost of treatment due to their staff driving a passenger car causing a traffic accident. But this H car company refused to pay compensation and told my family to contact the passenger car driver to claim compensation (he was fired after causing the accident). Let me ask, in this case, under the Vietnamese laws, car company H or the driver who caused the accident is responsible for compensating my sister? Thank you.

The house I am staying in is left by my father to be built on a 200m2 plot of land, just a level 4 house. Now my brothers are back in contention for the inheritance of the house. At the time of my father's death I did not leave a will. I want to mortgage my house to get a loan, but how to mortgage the land according to Vietnamese regulations?
It is expected that vulnerable consumer groups will appear in the revised Law on protection of consumers’ rights? I heard that the law is amending and adding this group, so I would like to learn about this regulation!
I have a question as follows: I have rented land for a period of 30 years, paid annually, and have been granted a land use right certificate by the Government of Vietnam. I intend mortgage land parcels allocated to households at the bank for trade loans. So, is it required to have signatures of family members when mortgaging?
