Hello Lawnet! I lost my paper health insurance card. My colleague told that I only need to bring a chip-based citizen ID card to take medical examination because chip-based citizen ID card has integrated health insurance card with chip-based citizen ID card. I am not sure about this. So, if I already have a chip-based citizen ID card, do I need to use a paper health insurance card to take medical examination in Vietnam? I have a related question about changing the administrative procedure after transforming gender. I'm male, and I want to change my gender to female. Hello Lawnet, is gender reassignment different from gender redefinition? I have questions gender redefinition and gender reassignment. As far as I know, gender reassignment is the case of having the opposite sex from the desired gender while gender reassignment is people whose gender has not yet been accurately formed. Are these two concepts fundamentally different? If any, what are deffences?
