If the specialized law has other provisions on the recording of comments on the personal curriculum vitae in Vietnam, the specialized law shall be complied with.
2. The person requesting authentication must be responsible for all contents of his/her personal curriculum vitae in Vietnam. For items that have no content in the personal curriculum vitae in Vienam, they must be crossed out before requesting authentication.”
Thus, the personal identity declaration needs to have a signature certification.
