Pursuant to Article 2 of the reform school rules promulgated together with Circular 47/2022/TT-BCA stipulates as follows:
Prohibited acts
1. Oppose, obstruct or fail to comply with orders and instructions of reform school officials and teachers.
2. Declare falsely or untruthfully, concealing their own violations and those of other students.
3. Escape, organize or help other students to escape in any form or entice or force other students to escape.
4. Write, draw, hang, paste pictures, photos, spit, litterand other unsanitary acts.
5. Get tattoos, wear objects on body or others, dye hair other than black, keep fingernails and toenails long and paint toenails and fingernails.
6. Possess and use alcohol, beer, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, pipe tobacco, drugs and other stimulants; weapons, poisons, explosives, chemicals, radioactive substances, flammable substances and objects that may cause harm to oneself and others; machinery and equipment for information and communication; pictures, books, newspapers, documents, movies, tapes, discs, electronic memory cards with unhealthy content.
7. Link to send or distribute illegal information and images to the outside or to the Internet, information and communication.
8. Propagate, worship, divine, propagate, entice and force other students to participate in superstitious activities, perform superstitious acts, form or join associations, unauthorized groups.
9. Gambling, organize gambling in any form between students and each other.
10. Threaten, beat, infringe upon the health and honor of students and others; infringe upon the property of reform schools or other students; self-destruction of one's own body; sexual and other unhealthy relationships between students with each other or with others.
11. Buy, sell, exchange, borrow, give or receive anything between students and other people (except with the consent of the responsible officer).
12. Have uncultured attitudes, words and behaviors when communicating.
13. Oppose, be lazy, evade or obstruct study, labor, apprenticeship, hire or force other students to serve or replace their jobs or those of other students in any way.
14. Arbitrarily party, eat, drink, light fires, cook in living rooms, boarding areas, places of study, work, apprenticeships, infirmaries, collective activities.
15. Arbitrarily contact outsiders without the consent of the reformatory principal.
16. Arbitrarily store at the reformatory assets and papers such as: Gold, silver, jewelry, foreign currency, Vietnamese currency, stocks, bills, bonds, electronic payment cards, watches, machinery, equipment, identity cards, citizen identification cards, passports, diplomas, certificates, other valuable papers and unused pants, clothes, and personal belongings that must be sent depository.
17. Arbitrarily leave the position of study, work, apprenticeship, living room, place of living.
18. Arbitrarily bring labor and vocational training tools into the dining, living and living areas, remove machinery, supplies, raw materials, products or other assets from the prescribed places.

What are the regulations on etiquette for persons held in custody at reform schools in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 1 of the Regulations of reformatories promulgated together with Circular 47/2022/TT-BCA, stipulating that persons held in custody at reform schools must observe rituals as follows:
- When communicating, students must use Vietnamese (except for those who do not know Vietnamese).
