"first. Departments of Health of provinces, cities and units:
a) Continue expeditiously deploying the 3rd dose of COVID-19 vaccine for people aged 18 years and over, ensuring its completion in the second quarter of 2022 under the direction of the Government.
b) Accelerate the progress of vaccination against COVID-19 for children from 5 to under 12 years old, ensure safety and effectiveness, and complete the vaccination for eligible children in the second quarter of 2022 under the direction of the Ministry of Health. Government.
c) Give the child a booster dose (3rd dose) of COVID-19 vaccine:
- Subjects of injection: Children from 12 years old to 17 years old have had enough basic dose

3. Implementation organization:
- The Department of Health advises the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to decide on the subjects of vaccination in accordance with the actual situation and requirements for epidemic prevention and control in the locality, to develop a plan and prepare the necessary conditions for the implementation of the vaccine.
