2. An application for the renewal of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Consulting Practice Certificate in case of adding new consulting practice content includes the documents stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article and the previously issued Fire Prevention and Fighting Consulting Practice Certificate.
3. An application for the renewal of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Consulting Practice Certificate in case the existing certificate expires or is damaged includes the documents stipulated in points a and d of Clause 1 of this Article and the previously issued Fire Prevention and Fighting Consulting Practice Certificate.

8. Notification of application processing results:
a) In case of direct submission at the One-Stop Unit of the competent authority, the receiving officer must directly hand over 01 copy of the administrative procedure receipt for fire prevention and fighting or the instruction slip for supplementing the application for administrative procedures for fire prevention and fighting to the person submitting the application and keep 01 copy;
b) In case of online submission via the competent authority's Public Service Portal, the receiving officer sends a notification via email or phone message regarding the receipt or instructions for supplementing the application to the organization or individual who submitted the application;
c) In case of submission via public postal services, through contracting with enterprises, individuals, or authorization as per legal provisions, the receiving officer must send 01 copy of the administrative procedure receipt for fire prevention and fighting or the instruction slip for supplementing the application to the individual who previously submitted and keep 01 copy.
9. The individual submitting the application must have a Letter of Introduction or Power of Attorney, presenting a Citizen Identification Card or valid Passport.
10. Within 07 working days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid application, the competent authority is responsible for reviewing and issuing, renewing, or reissuing the Fire Prevention and Fighting Consulting Practice Certificate (Form PC32). In case of non-issuance, a written response specifying the reason is required.
11. Authorization for issuing, renewing, or reissuing the Fire Prevention and Fighting Consulting Practice Certificate:
The Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department issues, renews, and reissues the Fire Prevention and Fighting Consulting Practice Certificate for individuals nationwide.
12. The Fire Prevention and Fighting Consulting Practice Certificate is valid nationwide.
