* Agencies, organizations, individuals, Vietnamese citizens, and legally resident foreigners in Vietnam must submit the dossier in person during office hours on working days at the Immigration Management Office, provincial-level Police Department, or submit the dossier via the National Public Service Portal or the Ministry of Public Security’s Public Service Portal, and send additional documents via the public postal service as announced by the Immigration Management Office on the National Public Service Portal or the Ministry of Public Security’s Public Service Portal (if applicable).
