- Declaration of registration for participation in examination on IPR assessment professional qualifications according to Form No. 01 in Appendix VI issued with Decree 65/2023/ND-CP;

- Copy of university or postgraduate diploma (present the original for comparison, unless the copy has been certified);

- Copy of the recruitment decision or labor contract and other documents proving actual professional activities (present the original for comparison, unless the copy has been certified);

- 02 3x4 (cm) photos;

- Copy of fee payment voucher (in case of payment of fees and charges via postal service or direct payment to the Intellectual Property Office's account).

Pursuant to the provisions in subsection 34, Section A, the administrative procedures issued together with Decision 2060/QD-BKHCN in 2023 clearly state that procedures for registration for participation in examination on IPR assessment professional qualifications at the central level are implemented as follows:

- Step 1: Receive documents

The individual submits 01 set of registration for participation in examination on IPR assessment professional qualifications to the Intellectual Property Office.

- Step 2: Process documents

Within 20 days from the date of receipt of the dossier, the National Office of Intellectual Property is responsible for processing the dossier according to the following regulations:

+ In case the application has all the required documents and the registrant meets the conditions to participate in the examination, the National Office of Intellectual Property shall issue a notice of acceptance of the application, clearly stating the examination plan;

+ In case the application has errors or the registrant does not meet the conditions to participate in the examination, the Intellectual Property Office shall issue a notice of intention to refuse to accept the application, clearly stating the reason and setting a deadline. 01 month for the registrant to make corrections or object. If the registrant does not correct the errors or the correction of errors does not meet the requirements, there is no objection or the objection is not valid, the National Office of Intellectual Property shall issue a decision to refuse to accept the dossier (with clearly state the reason).

- Fee for reviewing examination results on IPR assessment professional qualifications (each subject): 150,000 VND.

- Not being handled for administrative violations due to violations of the law on industrial property or for violations of professional ethics and not subject to criminal prosecution or having been convicted but not yet dismissed accumulation;

- Directly worked on dispute resolution, complaints, inspection, examination, legislation, legal consulting on industrial property, scientific research with the title of researcher, teaching on property industry with the title of lecturer for 5 years or more, or those who have directly worked on explaining and guiding the implementation of legal regulations, building regulations, directly implementing or approving appraisal results. Determine the content of a patent application (including utility solutions), or an industrial design application, or a trademark application or a geographical indication registration application (including the name of origin of goods) at national or international industrial property agencies for 5 years or more, or those who have practiced industrial property representation services for 5 years or more.
