After the declaration, the information will be recorded by the system and sent to the health station of the ward, commune, town (commune level) where the F0 is isolated.
Medical examination and treatment facilities must strengthen communication on all means of communication of the unit (website, bulletin board, leaflets, bulletins at the medical examination and clinical departments... ) to guide how to report to local health when having a positive SARS-CoV-2 test result and isolating at home via https://khaibaof0.tphcm.gov.vn."

"4. Commune health station
Assign specialized personnel to answer the phone to receive SMS messages notifying the self-declared F0 list; regularly log in to the COVID-19 Management Platform to verify and receive the list of F0 self-declared, assigned to care, and managed according to the guidance of the Ministry of Health and the Department of Health.
Assign personnel to answer the phone (this phone number must be different from the self-declared F0 receiving phone number) to receive SMS messages announcing the negative test results declared by F0 at the end of the isolation period ; log in to the COVID-19 Management Platform to confirm the completion of the quarantine period, sign and issue the confirmation to F0 electronically via email or paper; Limit the fact that F0 or family members gather at the Health Station to wait for the confirmation.
