Below are the instructions on how to write the latest supplementary dossier for members of Communist Party of Vietnam:
- Sections in the header are filled out according to the corresponding content on the party member form.
- Sections in the content:
Only fill out sections with content changes compared to the previous year, sections without changes are marked with the letter "K". Sections with instructions should be filled according to the instructions on the form, others filled as per the party member form instructions.
- Use and management of the supplementary dossier for members of Communist Party of Vietnam:
+ The cell committee and cell guide, collect, check, verify the supplement forms of party members, update any changes into the party member list of the cell and send the supplementary dossier to the grassroots party committee (if a grassroots cell, the cell committee verifies in the section of the grassroots party committee).
+ The grassroots party committee updates any changes into the party member biography and list, then forwards the supplementary dossier to the superior direct party committee.
+ The superior direct party committee of the grassroots organization checks, collects the supplementary dossiers; updates changes into the party member form, biography, list, and database; retains the supplementary dossiers along with the party member records. If the grassroots party committee manages the party member records, the form is transferred to the grassroots committee.

How do members of Communist Party of Vietnams supplement and complete their dossiers?
Based on point c, sub-item 8.1, Section 8 of Guidance 01-HD/TW 2021, guidelines for members of Communist Party of Vietnams to supplement and complete their dossiers are as follows:
- For members admitted into the Communist Party from the implementation of Regulation 29-QD/TW 1997 by the Politburo of the VIII term until now, their dossiers must contain all documents as regulated.
- For those admitted before Regulation 29-QD/TW 1997 by the VIII term Politburo, respective committees managing the dossiers should check, collect, and supplement missing documents to complete the dossiers as per the regulation.
In cases where documents were collected but still insufficient, the committee managing the dossiers should confirm, sign, and seal the index of available documents in the dossier for handling the member's official party activities.
- Supplementing member dossiers annually and upon official party transfer:
+ Annually and upon official party transfer, members must update changes in qualifications (political theory, education, expertise, foreign languages, IT skills...), work unit, position, occupation, awards, discipline, family circumstances (parents, spouse, children...) to be included in the dossier, stamped by the committee at updated sections.
+ The cell committee guides, collects, checks, verifies the supplement forms of party members, updates changes into the party member list of the cell, and forwards it to the grassroots committee (if a grassroots cell, the cell committee verifies in the section of the grassroots committee).
+ The grassroots committee updates into the party member biography and list, then forwards the supplementary dossier to the superior direct committee.

What are contribution rates for members of Communist Party of Vietnam?
Based on Section 1, Part B of the regulations on membership fee policies attached with Decision 342/QD-TW 2010, detailing monthly membership fee contributions for specific categories:
Monthly income for party members used to calculate membership fees includes: salary, certain allowances; wages; living allowances; other income. members of Communist Party of Vietnams identify their regular income and pay fees as a percentage (%) of their monthly income (pre-tax); members unable to determine their income will have a specific monthly fee according to category.

Note: Members from all categories are encouraged to voluntarily pay a higher fee than regulated, with the agreement of the cell committee.
