(1) Advantages and achievements

What is the basis for membership fees of the Communist Party of Vietnam?
Based on Section 1 Part B Regulations on Party fee policies issued together with Decision 342/QD-TW 2010, the basis for Party member’s membership fee is specifically stipulated as follows:
- Salary;
- Certain allowances;
- Wages;
- Living allowances;
- Other income.
What are the levels of year-end assessment for members of Communist Party of Vietnam?
According to Guidance 25-HD/BTCTW 2023, specific regulations on year-end assessment levels for Party members are provided in Article 12 of Regulation 124-QD/TW 2023 as follows:
- Outstanding task performer
- Good task performer
- Task performer
- Non-performer of tasks
If shortcomings or violations occur before the assessment year but by the time of assessment, the competent authority decides to discipline, the superior committee will base the level of discipline and time of violation to downgrade the classification result to the non-performer level.
In cases where the individual detects and rectifies the consequence themselves, a careful review of factors such as motivation, nature, degree of violation, and circumstances is necessary for an appropriate re-assessment decision.
The decision to annul the old classification result and recognize the new result will be made according to Form 03 in Guidance 25-HD/BTCTW, while instructing involved agencies to annul contents related to emulation commendations (if any) to ensure consistency with current regulations.
