For members of Communist Party of Vietnam not holding leadership or management positions, the writing of the self-critique report in Form 02A can be referred to as follows:

- Fill in basic information:

Including: Full name, Date of birth, Workplace, Party cell

- Self-critique content

(1) Advantages and achievements

- In terms of political qualities, ethics, lifestyle; the spirit of unity within; a sense of organizational discipline, exemplary responsibility, implementation of regulations forbidding specific acts by Party members; work style. Relate to signs of degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation".

Self-assess according to levels: Excellent > Good > Average > Poor

May consider the following factors:

- Political ideology

+ Loyal to Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh’s thought, and the Party’s renewal policy

+ Always maintain a correct political ideology, loyal to Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh’s thought, and the renewal policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

+ Actively participate in courses, conferences on Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh’s thought, and the Party’s resolutions, directives. Additionally, apply learned knowledge to practical work.

+ Actively propagate and mobilize family, friends, and the public to implement the Party's policies, State's policies, and laws.

(2) Learning and enhancing political bravery

- Proactively participate in political activities to enhance political bravery, revolutionary worldview, contributing to effectively implementing assigned tasks.

- Annually, fully participate in political activities, thoroughly comprehend resolutions, directives, especially Party Congress resolutions at all levels and new Party and State policies.

- Moral qualities, lifestyle

+ Results of learning and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, ethics, style

+ Actively learn and follow Ho Chi Minh's thought, ethics, and style in all actions, lifestyles, and work.

+ Perform conformably in public ethics, exemplary in personal life and work, always creating trust and support from the public and colleagues.

+ Maintain ethics, lifestyle, and promote pioneering, exemplary qualities

+ Always maintain ethical values, a healthy, simple lifestyle, close to the public.

- Actively struggle against manifestations of bureaucracy, corruption, wastefulness, and negativity within the agency, unit.

+ Consciousness in building locality, agency, unit and internal unity

+ Always focus on building the agency, unit, contributing to local development. Spirit of internal unity, supporting colleagues at work.

+ Participate in activities to build a strong unit, create a transparent, healthy, united, and mutually supportive working environment.

- Implementation of assigned tasks, powers, and results of achieving assigned targets and tasks during the year.

+ Self-assess according to levels: Excellent > Good > Average > Poor

+ members of Communist Party of Vietnam/officials and public employees have fully performed the responsibilities and powers assigned during the year in accordance with Party, State, and union regulations. Tasks assigned from superiors have been seriously implemented, meeting deadlines while ensuring quality of work.

+ Officials and public employees comply well with public service discipline, adhere to agency and organization rules and regulations. Ensure responsibility in each task, completing tasks on time and meeting the required standards.

- Officials and public employees have demonstrated innovation and creativity in task execution. They proactively propose solutions to improve work processes, enhance work efficiency. Additionally, they have a strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.

- In regular credibility assessments, officials and public employees receive high credibility from superiors and colleagues. There are no negative reflections on public service capacity, ethics, or work attitude.

What is the basis for membership fees of the Communist Party of Vietnam?

Based on Section 1 Part B Regulations on Party fee policies issued together with Decision 342/QD-TW 2010, the basis for Party member’s membership fee is specifically stipulated as follows:

- Salary;

- Certain allowances;

- Wages;

- Living allowances;

- Other income.

What are the levels of year-end assessment for members of Communist Party of Vietnam?

According to Guidance 25-HD/BTCTW 2023, specific regulations on year-end assessment levels for Party members are provided in Article 12 of Regulation 124-QD/TW 2023 as follows:

- Outstanding task performer

- Good task performer

- Task performer

- Non-performer of tasks

If shortcomings or violations occur before the assessment year but by the time of assessment, the competent authority decides to discipline, the superior committee will base the level of discipline and time of violation to downgrade the classification result to the non-performer level.

In cases where the individual detects and rectifies the consequence themselves, a careful review of factors such as motivation, nature, degree of violation, and circumstances is necessary for an appropriate re-assessment decision.

The decision to annul the old classification result and recognize the new result will be made according to Form 03 in Guidance 25-HD/BTCTW, while instructing involved agencies to annul contents related to emulation commendations (if any) to ensure consistency with current regulations.
