When are deadlines for submitting self-assessment for members of Coommunist Party of Vietnams - Forms 02A and 02B at the end of 2024?
Based on Section 5 Guidance 25-HD/BTCTW 2023 regarding Leadership Responsibility and Organization Implementation as follows:
Leadership Responsibility, Organization Implementation
5.1. According to clause 2, the time for implementing evaluation, assessment, and rating of collective and individual quality is conducted at the end of the year and concludes before December 31 annually.
For collectives and individuals in schools and educational institutions, the assessment, evaluation, and rating are based on the academic year's work results; unified evaluation, assessment, and rating of collectives and individuals must complete before December 31 each year to ensure synchronization throughout the Party.
For organizations, agencies, units with functional-specific characteristics and have not concluded by the end of the year, the directly superior authority can prescribe and guide completion before January 15 the following year.
5.2. Self-evaluation, assessment, rating dossiers of collectives and individuals are managed according to regulations and sent to the Central Organization Department before February 15 the following year according to Form 04.
Thus, according to the above regulations, the deadline for submitting the CPV member evaluation form at the end of 2024 will be specifically prescribed by the organization or unit. However, it must be completed before December 31, 2024, including CPV members working in schools and educational institutions, to ensure compliance with the submission deadline for year-end Communist CPV member evaluations.

Based on Section 1 Part B Regulation on membership fee Policies issued with Decision 342/QD-TW 2010 which prescribes the subject and monthly membership fee levels. Specifically:
The monthly income of a CPV member for calculating membership fee contribution includes wage, allowances; wages; subsistence expenses; other income. CPV members with frequent income contribute fees at a percentage (%) of monthly income (pre-personal income tax); for members who cannot determine income, a specific monthly fee level is prescribed per subject type.
