I have scheduled weekly self-learning and enrolled in online courses related to the field of work. Moreover, I have sought guidance from more experienced colleagues to improve my skills. I commit to continuously learning and enhancing professional skills.

- Cell Committee: Compiles the Party member's self-classification, opinions from competent authorities where the Party member resides to propose a classification level.
- Party Committee: Compiles, assesses, and based on the proposal from the Cell Committee to decide on the Party member's quality classification.

How much is the CPV membership fee in Vietnam?
Based on sub-section 4, Section 1, Part B of the Regulations on CPV membership fee policies issued with Decision 342/QD-TW of 2010, there are provisions regarding the objects and the monthly CPV membership fee payment rate. Specifically:
Objects and monthly CPV membership fee payment rate for Party members
Monthly income for Party members to calculate CPV membership fees includes: salary, certain allowances; wages; living allowances; other income. Party members who can determine their regular income pay CPV membership fees based on a percentage (%) of their monthly income (before personal income tax deductions); Party members who cannot determine their income pay a fixed monthly fee for each type of object.

4- Other Party members in the country (including Party members in agriculture, rural areas, and student Party members): pay CPV membership fees ranging from 2,000 VND to 30,000 VND per month. For Party members above working age, the fee is 50% of Party members within working age.

How are CPV membership fees managed and used?
Based on sub-section 2, Section 2, Part B Decision 342-QD/TW of 2010, the management and use of CPV membership fees are regulated as follows:
- CPV membership fees retained at any level are used to balance the funding for Party work activities at that level. For the district, town, province, centrally governed city Party committees; Central Military, Central Police, and Central Party financial agencies, the CPV membership fee revenue retained is not included in the regular expenditure funding of the agency/unit but is set aside as the Party's reserve fund at that level; the reserve fund is used to supplement the spending on the activities of the Party committee, to support the operational funding for affiliated Party organizations in difficulty; Party committees decide on spending from the reserve fund.
- Party levels have the responsibility to compile the situation of collecting, submitting, and using CPV membership fees for their level and the entire Party branch, preparing reports to be sent to the higher Party committee. The Central Party Office is responsible for compiling the situation of collecting, submitting, and using CPV membership fees for the entire Party, and reporting to the Central Executive Committee.
