Supplementing Conditions for Issuance of Credit Information Operation Certificates

This is the content stipulated in Decree 57/2016/ND-CP amending and supplementing Decree 10/2010/ND-CP on credit information activities.

The information technology infrastructure system must meet the following minimum requirements:

- Have a minimum of 02 data transmission lines, each provided by a different service provider;- Possess information technology equipment that is compatible with the technological level of the credit-granting organization system and capable of integration and coordination with these credit-granting organizations;- Have a server system, software systems, and technical solutions to update and process credit information, and provide credit information services for at least 5,000,000 borrowers;- Have a plan for information security and safety;- Have a disaster recovery plan ensuring that critical operations are not interrupted for more than 04 working hours.
