Repealing 09 Legal Normative Documents Issued by the Minister of National Defense

Revocation of 09 Legal Documents by the Minister of National Defense

The entire revocation of 08 legal normative documents and 01 internal normative document on military, national defense, and cryptography under the authority of the Minister of National Defense as follows:

- Circular 37/2014/TT-BQP dated May 29, 2014, guiding the implementation of remuneration policies for readers, reviewers, and assessors of deposited publications in the Military.

- Circular 124/2015/TT-BQP dated November 9, 2015, guiding the implementation of compensation, allowance, and medical expense policies for individuals working in the Military who suffer from occupational accidents and diseases.

- Circular 20/2010/TT-BQP dated February 23, 2010, approving the financial management regulations of Corporation 28 operating under the parent-subsidiary company model.

- Circular 183/2011/TT-BQP dated October 11, 2011, regulating the criteria, dossiers, sequence, and procedures for recognizing and re-recognizing enterprises directly serving national defense and security.

- Circular 302/2017/TT-BQP dated December 16, 2017, regulating the estimation, management, utilization, and settlement of state budget funds for drafting legal normative documents and perfecting the legal system within the Ministry of National Defense.

- Circular 205/2010/TT-BQP dated December 20, 2010, issuing technical standards for drivers and maintenance personnel of tracked vehicles transporting weapons and military equipment.

- Circular 97/2015/TT-BQP dated August 31, 2015, regulating the conditions for taking the exam to upgrade grades and the certification of professional competence of captains and chief engineers of defense mission vessels.

- Decision 295/1999/QD-BQP dated March 12, 1999, issuing technical standards for military vehicle drivers.

- Decision 1046/QD-BQP dated August 13, 1997, issuing technical rank standards for automotive repair technicians.

Circular 38/2023/TT-BQP takes effect from July 29, 2023.
