- Within 03 working days from the date of receiving complete and valid documents, the competent authority shall review the documentation and conditions of the organization or unit transporting industrial explosives to issue or adjust the permit for the transportation of industrial explosives; in case of non-issuance or non-adjustment of the permit, a written response shall be provided, clearly stating the reasons.
