Level of Autonomy Required Upon Graduation from Intermediate Forestry Ranger Program

Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs stipulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate to college levels in fields of agriculture, forestry, fishery, and veterinary medicine will take effect on February 10, 2019.

As stipulated in the regulations on the minimum volume of knowledge, competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level and college level in the forest ranger profession, issued together with Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum level of independence and responsibility that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level in the forest ranger field are as follows:

- Possess good moral qualities and a correct perception of the profession, have a cooperative attitude with colleagues, respect the law and workplace regulations;

- Be honest and highly disciplined, capable of working independently, ready to undertake assigned tasks; produce high-quality and efficient labor;

- Work independently, work in teams;

- Have the willingness to learn, practice, and improve professional skills;

- Be responsible for the results of one's own work and the group's work before the agency, organization, and enterprise leaders;

- Be capable of solving complex work issues in changing working conditions;

- Evaluate the quality of products after the completion of the team's performance.
