Note: Recently, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC amending Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC regarding customs procedures; customs inspection and supervision. Among which, amendments and additions to the appendices are as follows:

- Appendix 1 of Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC replaces Appendix II of Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC;- Appendix 2 of Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC replaces Appendix V of Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC;- Appendix 3 of Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC replaces Appendix VI of Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC;- Appendix 4 of Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC adds Appendix IIa: Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC;- Appendix 5 of Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC adds Appendix X of Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC.​
