Level of Autonomy After Graduating from College in Freshwater Aquaculture

From February 10, 2019, Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH issued by BLDTBXH stipulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and veterinary medicine will come into effect.

According to the Regulation on minimum knowledge volume, competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college level in the field of freshwater aquaculture, issued together with Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum levels of self-sufficiency and responsibility that learners must achieve after graduating from college in freshwater aquaculture are as follows:

- Possess good ethical qualities and proper awareness of the profession, have a cooperative attitude with colleagues, respect the law and workplace regulations;

- Be honest and have high discipline, with the ability to work independently, ready to undertake assigned tasks, working with high quality and productivity;

- Work independently or in groups, solving complex tasks and problems in changing work conditions;

- Guide and supervise others in performing defined tasks; take personal responsibility and responsibility for the group;

- Evaluate job quality upon completion and the performance results of group members;

- Use materials in aquaculture as per current regulations and ensure food safety and hygiene;

- Be ready to embrace new advancements, propose the application of scientific and technical advancements, new technological processes to improve labor productivity and work efficiency;

- Be conscious of environmental protection, handle waste and wastewater before discharging into the surrounding environment;

- Fully and seriously implement safety and labor protection measures and maintain general cleanliness in the workplace.
