Supplementary Admissions to Specialized Schools

1. In case a specialized school needs to supplement students, the principal of the specialized school must develop a supplementary admissions plan, and request approval from the Department of Education and Training (for provincial specialized schools) or the higher education institution (for specialized schools under higher education institutions).

2. Students eligible to take the supplementary entrance exam for specialized schools include students from specialized schools who wish to transfer to another specialized school as specified in point b clause 2 Article 18 of this Regulation; and students from non-specialized high schools who have achieved good academic results and good training results in the academic year immediately preceding the year of the supplementary entrance exam.

3. The organization of the entrance exam, and the announcement of supplementary admission results will be carried out according to the provisions of clauses 4 and 5 Article 17 of this Regulation.

4. At least 30 (thirty) days before the entrance exam, the specialized school must publicly announce the supplementary admission plan on the electronic information portal of the specialized school's controlling agency and the specialized school's electronic information portal.

Thus, according to the above regulations, the eligible candidates for the supplementary entrance exam to specialized schools include:
