Based on the duties of an archivist in Appendix VII issued together with Circular 12/2022/TT-BNV, the duties of an archivist in a state administrative agency are:

Based on the job description of archivists in Appendix VII promulgated together with Circular 12/2022/TT-BNV, the standards for training qualifications for archivists in state administrative agencies is specified as follows:
