Pursuant to Article 11 of Circular 09/2022/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the method of supporting workers in Vietnam to work abroad under contract as follows:
- For activities to support workers in poor districts, communes with special difficulties in the lowlands, coastal areas and islands to work abroad: Enterprises, non-business organizations when recruiting workers at the poor districts, communes with special difficulties in the lowlands, coastal areas and islands shall coordinate with local Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs agencies in supporting workers to work abroad under contracts. through the mechanism of bidding and placing orders with vocational and foreign language training institutions, enterprises and non-business organizations sending workers to work abroad under contracts.
