Which agencies and units have the authority to request reports in the civil judgment enforcement system in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 4 of the Regulations on reporting policies in the civil judgment enforcement system issued together with Decision 440/QD-TCTHADS of 2022, it is stipulated as follows:
Agencies and units requesting and implementing reports
1. Agencies and units requesting reports:
a) Ministry of Justice;
b) General Department of civil judgment enforcement;
c) Units under the General Department of civil judgment enforcement;
d) Department of civil judgment enforcement;
dd) Other relevant agencies and units as prescribed by law.
2. Agencies and units implementing reports:
a) General Department of civil judgment enforcement;
b) Units under the General Department of civil judgment enforcement;
c) Department of civil judgment enforcement;
d) Sub-Department of civil judgment enforcement.
According to the above regulations, in the civil judgment enforcement system, the agencies and units requesting reports include:
- Ministry of Justice;
- General Department of civil judgment enforcement;
- Units under the General Department of civil judgment enforcement;
- Department of civil judgment enforcement;
- Other relevant agencies and units as prescribed by law.

Which reports are included in the reporting regime in the civil judgment enforcement system in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 5 of the Regulations on reporting policies in the civil judgment enforcement system issued together with Decision 440/QD-TCTHADS of 2022, it is stipulated as follows:
Types of reports
1. The types of reports in this Regulation include:
a) Periodic reports;
b) Ad-hoc reports;
c) Other reports.
2. Periodic reports include:
a) Monthly reports;
b) Quarterly reports;
c) Annual reports.
For the months coinciding with the quarters (March, June, September, December), only quarterly and annual reports are made.
3. Ad-hoc reports are reports to meet information needs on emerging issues in the state management of civil judgment enforcement.
4. Other reports are reports arising that are not specified in Clause 2, Clause 3 of this Article.
There are 3 types of reports in the civil judgment enforcement system as follows:
- Periodic reports;
- Ad-hoc reports;
- Other reports.
What is the deadline for submitting periodic reports in the civil judgment enforcement system in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 8 of the Regulations on reporting policies in the civil judgment enforcement system issued together with Decision 440/QD-TCTHADS of 2022, it is stipulated as follows:
Deadline for submitting reports
1. For periodic reports:
a) Sub-Department of civil judgment enforcement shall send reports to the Department of civil judgment enforcement within 03 working days from the end of the reporting period for monthly reports and within 05 working days from the end of the reporting period for quarterly reports;
b) Department of civil judgment enforcement shall send reports to the General Department of civil judgment enforcement within 05 working days from the end of the reporting period for monthly reports and within 07 working days from the end of the reporting period for quarterly reports;
c) For 10-month/12-month reports serving the preparation of the Government of Vietnam's Report on the execution of judgments, the reporting deadline shall be as required by the Government of Vietnam;
d) For reports from units under the General Department and reports from the General Department, the reporting deadlines shall be implemented according to the working regulations of the General Department, the Ministry of Justice, and other related regulations.
2. For ad-hoc reports and other reports, the reporting deadlines shall be as required by the requesting agency or the direct superior agency.
The deadline for submitting periodic reports in the civil judgment enforcement system is as follows:
- Sub-Department of civil judgment enforcement shall send reports to the Department of civil judgment enforcement within 03 working days from the end of the reporting period for monthly reports and within 05 working days from the end of the reporting period for quarterly reports;
- Department of civil judgment enforcement shall send reports to the General Department of civil judgment enforcement within 05 working days from the end of the reporting period for monthly reports and within 07 working days from the end of the reporting period for quarterly reports;
- For 10-month/12-month reports serving the preparation of the Government of Vietnam's Report on the execution of judgments, the reporting deadline shall be as required by the Government of Vietnam;
