What are the responsibilities of the members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front?
The responsibilities of the members are stipulated in clause 2, Article 2 of the 2019 Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front as follows:

2. Responsibilities of organizational members
a) Implement the Constitution, laws, Charter, Action Program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, regulations on coordination and unified action among member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; coordination programs between the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, member organizations with relevant state agencies of the same level;
b) Gather opinions, recommendations of members, party members, union members, association members, the people, and the results of implementing the coordination and unified action program to submit to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the same level;
c) Propagate and mobilize members, party members, union members, association members, and the people to implement the Constitution and laws, and implement the Action Program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front;
d) Encourage the members, party members, union members, association members of their organizations to implement the policy of great national solidarity;
dd) Unite, cooperate, and assist organizations and individuals who have not yet joined the Vietnam Fatherland Front but support and implement the Action Program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front;
e) Participate in the tasks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Thus, the responsibilities of the members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front are as follows:

Who is eligible to call for charity in Vietnam according to Decree 93?
Article 2 of Decree 93/2021/ND-CP stipulates the entities who are eligible to mobilize, receive, and distribute voluntary contributions as follows:
(1) Organizations and individuals eligible to mobilize, receive, and distribute voluntary contributions:
- The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee calls for and mobilizes contributions; the Mobilization, Receipt, and Distribution Committee for voluntary contributions (an organization established by the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the same level - hereinafter referred to as the Mobilization Committee) receives and distributes voluntary contributions to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics, and incidents.
- The Vietnam Red Cross mobilizes, receives, and distributes voluntary contributions to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics, and incidents.
- Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies attached to the Government of Vietnam, People's Committees at the provincial, district, and commune levels mobilize, receive, and distribute voluntary contributions to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics, and incidents. Commune-level People's Committees receive and distribute voluntary contributions when authorized by district-level People's Committees according to regulations of the law.
- The National Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control mobilizes and receives international voluntary contributions in emergency situations related to natural disasters.
- Mass media agencies and medical institutions mobilize, receive, and support patients with serious illnesses.
- Charitable funds as stipulated in Decree 93/2021/ND-CP dated November 25, 2019, of the Government of Vietnam on the organization and operation of social funds and charitable funds (hereinafter referred to as charitable funds) mobilizes, receive, and distribute voluntary contributions to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics, and incidents, and support patients with serious illnesses.
- Enterprises, cooperatives, and other organizations with legal entity status that participate in mobilizing, receiving, and distributing voluntary contributions to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics, and incidents, and support patients with serious illnesses.
- Individuals with full civil capacity participate in mobilizing, receiving, and distributing voluntary contributions to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics, and incidents, and support patients with serious illnesses.
(2) Organizations and individuals who voluntarily contribute to support efforts to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics, and incidents, and support patients with serious illnesses.
(3) Organizations and individuals facing difficulties due to natural disasters, epidemics, and incidents, and patients with serious illnesses who use voluntary contributions.
(4) Organizations and individuals related to the mobilization, reception, distribution, and usage of voluntary contributions.
