The salary ratio of Judges and Court Clerks of the People's Court of Vietnam is specified in Resolution 730/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11.
Specifically, based on the professional and professional salary table of the court and the procuracy promulgated together with Resolution 730/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11, the salary ratios of judges and court clerks are applied as follows:
- For judges of the Supreme People's Court, the of Grade A3 officials shall be applied, with a salary ratio ranging from 6.2 - 8.0.
- For judges of provincial-level People's Courts (Hanoi City, Ho Chi Minh City, grade 1 urban centers, and the remaining provinces and cities under central authority) the salary of a grade A2 official shall be applied, with a salary ratio ranging from 4.4 to 6.78.
- For judges of district-level People's Courts (Provincial cities which are Grade 2 and Grade 3 cities, districts of Hanoi, districts of Ho Chi Minh City and the remaining districts, towns and cities), the Court Clerk shall be applied the salary of Grade A1 officials, with a salary ratio from 2.34 - 4.98.

In Resolution 27-NQ/TW in 2018, the salary reform roadmap was determined. However, in the past 2 years, our country has been severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to share with the CPV and State, the salary increase should be delayed, and this resource should be devoted to epidemic prevention and control to protect people's lives and properties.
Recently, at the fourth session, the National Assembly has just passed a Resolution on the state budget estimate for 2023. The National Assembly approved the implementation of increasing the statutory pay rate for officials and public employees to 1.8 million VND/month;
Increase pensions and social insurance allowances by 12.5% guaranteed by the state budget and provide additional support for those who retire before 1995 with low benefits; increase the standard of allowance for people with meritorious services to ensure not lower than the standard of poor households in urban areas and increase 20.8% of spending on social security policies that are attached to the statutory pay rate.
At the same time, from January 1, 2023, to increase the occupational incentive allowance for preventive medicine and grassroots health workers according to Conclusion No. 25-KL/TW dated December 30, 2021 of the Ministry of Health. Politics.
However, in the Resolution of the National Assembly, it is clear that the overall reform of the salary policy has not been implemented according to Resolution 27-NQ/TW in 2023. Therefore, the salary reform for Judges and Court Clerks have not yet been implemented. The justice system has not yet been reformed and the salaries of judges and court clerks continue to be applied to the salaries analyzed above.
