- Principles of admission and deadline for announcing admission results:

The admission score is considered equal, based solely on the admission score criteria, without considering the priority order of registered preferences; no secondary criteria are used to select admitted candidates (in case there are multiple candidates with the same admission score at the bottom of the list);
+ The admission score is determined by the University for each major and each subject combination;
+ The announced admission score already includes the "regional priority" and "priority for policy beneficiaries" according to the regulations of the Ministry's Admission Regulations;
+ The University handles the admission score and enrollment preferences of candidates on the Ministry's System.
+ The admission score and the admission results of candidates are announced according to the general plan of the Ministry.
Note: If the enrollment quota for Method 1 is not fully filled (or there is a surplus, not exceeding 5%), the remaining quota will be transferred to Method 2 (or the enrollment quota of Method 2 will be adjusted accordingly, not exceeding 5%).
Therefore, the University of Law Ho Chi Minh City in 2024 will admit students through 2 methods:
- Direct admission, direct admission, priority admission, and early admission according to the University's Admission Plan with 45% of the total enrollment quota;
