+ Appoint the titles of primary investigator, intermediate investigator, and senior investigator to the investigating agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy, the investigating agency of the Central Military Procuracy to meet the requirements and tasks according to the provisions of the Law on Organization of Criminal Investigation Agencies 2015
+ Ensure the good performance of functions and tasks in order to improve the quality and responsibility of the investigative team of the Supreme People's Procuracy.

+ Ensure the principle of Party leadership, the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy uniformly manages the organization of personnel in the branch;
+ Ensure the equality, objectivity, democracy and publicity in the process of organizing recruitment exams; select a person who truly has ethical qualities, professional capacity, and meets the criteria and conditions prescribed by the Law on Organization of Criminal Investigation Agencies 2015 to appoint primary investigators, investigators Intermediate level, senior investigator, who meets the requirements of tasks of the rank and title when appointed.

Pursuant to subsection 3, section I, of Plan 59/KH-VKSTC dated June 3, 2022 of the Supreme People's Procuracy, which stipulates the principles of organizing the examination plan for the recruitment of intermediate investigators, and senior investigators for the Procuracy in 2022 as follows:
- The organization of selection and examination is done on the principle of publicity, transparency, objectivity and competition (with balance).
- Candidates entering the higher investigator rank must be holding the adjacent lower rank or equivalent.
- Candidates registering for the exam are responsible for completing the application according to regulations before the Examination Council approves the list of eligible candidates.
- Successful candidates must have enough exams of the prescribed exam subjects; have 50 points or more for each test (without multiplier); with the higher total test scores, taken in order from highest to lowest within the quota of each enumerator grade to be supplemented by the approved examination registration unit.

- Target at the Central Military Procuracy's Investigation Agency: 02 senior investigators, 01 primary investigators.
Who can participate in the entrance exam for primary investigators, intermediate investigators, and senior investigators in the Procuracy in Vietnam in 2022?
Pursuant to subsection 2, section II of Plan 59/KH-VKSTC dated June 3, 2022 of the Supreme People's Procuracy, stipulating the subjects participating in the recruitment exam for primary investigators and intermediate investigators, and senior inspector of Procuracy in 2022 as follows:
- Officials working at the Institute's Investigation Agency the Supreme People's Procuracy, officers of the People's Army who are working at the Central Military Procuracy's Investigation Agency; ensure the conditions and standards prescribed by the Law on Organization of Criminal Investigation Agencies 2015 and other conditions and standards as prescribed by the People's Procuracy.
Thus, officials working at the Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy, officers of the People's Army working at the Central Military Procuracy's Investigation Agency are the subjects eligible to participate in the recruitment exams of Primary Investigators, Intermediate Investigators, Senior Inspectors of Procuracy in 2022.
